How do I place an order?
When you’ve found a product you like, make sure you check product details and "Add to Cart". When you are ready to place the order, you can click "Proceed to Checkout" on shopping cart page, continue to checkout. You can also negotiate prices with the seller by clicking "please negotiate with the seller" button on product details page if you want to buy large quantities. Once you and the supplier make an agreement, you can directly click "Place Order" upon the seller's quotation.

Can I change my order information such as shipping address after ordering?
Shipping address can not be updated after order paid successfully. You can log in to your account, go to the order through Order->Manage Order, then click "Contact Seller" to let seller ship to your updated address. If you haven't paid, you can cancel the order, then reorder.
Why has my order been closed?
There are two reasons your order might be closed:
1) Your order is not approved by Crov.com.
2) The seller cancels your order due to insufficient stock or some other causes.
