What payment methods are supported on Crov.com?
You can pay by card and bank transfer.
If you pay through the bank transfer, please sign in and upload the receipt in the order list: Order > Manage Order. Please note that any transfer related charges are paid by you.
To faster expedite your order process, we advise you to pay online.
How can I get the refund if I paid with a card?
Your refund will be given back to the same card you used to pay after the refund request is approved by seller.
What is Pending for after I make the payment?
There are 2 situations for Pending:
1) Your order has been paid and the bank is processing.
2) Crov.com has received your payment and is reviewing your order.
For pending orders, you are suggested to check for updates at a later time. Once Crov.com completes reviewing your order and your payment is verified, the seller will start preparing your order for shipment. If Crov.com failed to verify your payment, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that the order verification process usually takes 24 hours or less, during which you may be asked to provide additional information to prove your payment is safe. For any questions, you may contact our Customer Service Team.
What is Order Installment Service?
It’s a service provided by sellers who allow you to make payment in installments based on their trust on you, so that you can pay for the order in installments at the time and in the conditions as agreed by both parties.
How do I obtain the Order Installment Service?
You can apply for Order Installment Service by sending a message to a seller after entering its store. The seller will decide whether to provide you the Order Installment Service by referring to your basic information, trade information, etc.
You can also apply for Order Installment in your' Account >> Sellers >> Manage Sellers ’ .
Then you can go to ‘Wallet >> Manage Order Installment’ in your buyer center to check if the seller provided you the Order Installment Service.
How do I use Order Installment Service after obtaining it from a seller?
Order installment service can only be used when you buy product(s) from the seller. After placing order, you can choose to pay by Seller's Order Installment.
How do I pay the balance of my order?
Go to your Manage Order Installment page and select Awaiting Balance Payment status orders to complete the balance payment.
Why can't I pay by installment?
There are usually 4 reasons you might be unable to pay by installment:
a) You didn’t acquire Order Installment Service from any seller;
b) The product(s) you buy is not from a seller who provides Order Installment Service for you;
c) The order amount is below the minimum order amount based on the Order Installment Service the seller provided you;
d) You have already used up the amount of Order Installment.
