  • How long will it take to get my package?

    For shipping from U.S. Warehouse:

    If your package is delivered by business express carrier such as UPS, FedEx, the seller must dispatch your package within 2 working days. If your package is delivered by a trucking company, the seller must dispatch your package within 4 working days. The exact delivery time depends on the carriers.
     

    For shipping from Manufacture:

    If your package is delivered by sea, the seller must dispatch your package within 7 working days. If your package is delivered by air, the seller must dispatch your package within 3 working days. The exact delivery time depends on the carriers. 

  • Can I change the delivery method after I place the order?

    If you want to change the delivery method, you can communicate with the seller via messages about this.

  • My order was delivered later than guaranteed time, what can I do?

    If you receive the order within 15 days after guaranteed time and have not unwrapped the package, please provide evidence to seller via "Contact Seller" button. If the problem is caused by the seller, the seller should provide compensations to you.



    The following situations are not included: 
    *Due to factors within your control (i.e. receiver is not at home, providing the wrong shipping address, changing order information, etc.) 
    *Due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller's control (i.e. natural disaster, government actions, social events, etc.)

  • How to confirm receipt after I receive my order?

    After your parcel has been shipped out, your order status will  be changed to “In Transit”. When you receive your order in perfect condition you need to Confirm Received to complete the order.

     

  • Does Crov.com ship to the entire United States of America?

    Online orders may only ship to 48 States and Washington, D.C. with no holiday deliveries. Crov.com does not deliver to any P.O. Boxes, Military APOs or FPOs, as well as to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • Can I pick up goods directly from your U.S. warehouse by myself?

    Yes, you can pick up goods directly from CROV U.S. warehouse if you check “Pick up in Warehouse” when adding items to the cart.
